Order here if you would like a shipping box and prepaid USPS First-Class postage label. This option simplifies the process of mailing your iPod by allowing us to provide you with all of the necessary materials to safely and securely ship us the device.

When your shipment arrives, simply place your iPod into the included bubble mailer and then into the shipping box. Seal the box and attach the prepaid postage label, then just drop the package into your mailbox (or take to your post office). Your iPod will begin its journey to us for repair.
