Repaired Devices That Fail Under Warranty:
In all warranty repair cases, Salvageable only provides warranty repairs on the specific component/s that were originally repaired and/or replaced by us and still deemed under warranty. If Salvageable receives a repaired device back under warranty and finds that additional non-warranty repairs are needed, the customer will be contacted with an additional repair quote. The device must be shipped back to Salvageable for evaluation for all rework warranty claims. In the unlikely event that you receive a repaired device that fails under warranty, please contact us
All non-defective returns are valid for 30 days of the purchase date. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no returns after 30 days. We can only accept non-defective returns in the same condition and packaging in which they were shipped (e.g., ‘New’ condition items must still be in ‘New’ condition).

Our warranty does NOT apply if your product has been affected by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. For example, if we replace your iPod’s screen and then your screen becomes broken again at a later date, that is NOT covered by our warranty. If the screen fails on its own without any abuse, then it is covered by our warranty. Even if your product is outside of its warranty period, we typically still attempt to reach a resolution with you.

✓ Our warranty DOES NOT cover accidental drops, physical or liquid damage, misuse of parts, mishandling, or any other user-incurred damages.
iPods returned for a warranty claim will be opened, tested, and meticulously inspected for physical or liquid damage, as well as signs of 3rd party tampering or maintenance.
